Sea Trail Resort & Conference Center to Host New Year's Eve Gala
Celebration is Open to the Public and Features Live Entertainment and a dinner buffet.
Sunset Beach, N.C. (PRWEB) December 20, 2006 -- Sea Trail Resort & Conference Center, in Sunset Beach, N.C., will host a New Year's Eve Gala, which will be open to the public, on December 31, 2006, in The Carolina Conference Center, beginning at 6:00 p.m. The event will include a cash bar and musical entertainment from Amanda Joyce until 10:00 pm. From 10:00 p.m. until 1:00 a.m. guests will be entertained with a variety of music from popular area DJ, The Fireman.
A dinner buffet, featuring carved prime rib, medallions of salmon with asparagus, balsamic-rubbed chicken with honey merlot sauce and crumbled bleu cheese and penne pasta in a vodka sauce, will be prepared by Chef Thomas Sullivan, Director of Culinary Standards at Sea Trail.
The buffet will be available from 7:30 p.m. until 9:30 p.m., followed by fruits, cheeses and a champagne toast at midnight to ring in the New Year.
The cost for the gala is $100 per couple and $60 per individual, plus tax and gratuity. Black tie is optional. Coat and tie are required.
