After evaluating the potential and the benefits of using an .aero domain, 724Speed.com has decided to re-brand itself as Photos.aero .
San José, Costa Rica (PRWEB) December 20, 2006 -- After evaluating the potential and the benefits of using an .aero domain, 724Speed.com has decided to re-brand itself as Photos.aero. "This move transmits our innovative ideas and concepts much more clearly while expressing what we want to achieve," said Mr. Pereira, founder of Photos.aero. "Traditional aviation photo galleries have used the .net domain, but we believe and support the .aero initiative as it shares our same spirit of marking a difference which sets us apart."
.aero took the initiative to run a domain exclusively by and for the aviation community. As a sponsored domain, .aero can define and implement its own policies designed to safeguard the integrity of the domain. .aero is aviation's own Internet space, offering an established alternative to the traditional TLDs -- with the added benefit that it is managed by aviation, for aviation.
