CareerTours Develops 'Frictionless' Recruiting and Tours to Match Employers and Candidates

Phoenix-based CareerTours has developed a system called “Frictionless Recruiting” that enables employers to recruit talent while minimizing the friction inherent in the recruiting process, using virtual and onsite tours. The database is steadily growing in preparation for January career site launch.

Phoenix, AZ (PRWEB) December 20, 2006 -- CareerTours, a national recruitment resource based in Phoenix, AZ, has developed “Frictionless Recruiting,” a new system that will enable employers to recruit talent while minimizing the friction inherent in the recruiting process. This innovative process will enable an organization to display its culture through a variety of virtual and onsite tours, utilizing the power of word-of-mouth marketing.

In the past three months, CareerTours has increased its database of individuals interested in relocating to new cities and careers by over 20,000 people. This database will be the foundation for the launch of a new company website in January. The new career site will apply an interactive approach to recruiting that helps candidates and companies experience each other and make the right career decisions. Companies may complement the use of the website as a recruiting tool by offering onsite tours.

Frictionless Recruiting was developed by CareerTours’ CEO Aaron Bare, in response to a lack of effective onboarding techniques at companies he visited during his many years performing cultural assessments. “Generally, turnover is highest among first-year employees,” says Bare. “CareerTours helps mitigate many of the cultural and managerial shocks as neither companies nor candidates can hide during our tours.”
