Sharper Brand LLC, a promotional products distributor, today announces the launch of its redesigned web site, http://www.sharperbrand.com, completely optimized and enhanced to provide an improved promotional product shopping experience.

In its ongoing mission to provide customers with the best promotional product shopping experience on the Web, Sharper Brand has added new customer service offerings, greater product selection and enhanced shopping features.

Taking customer service to the next level, Sharper Brand now offers three new methods for contacting its customer service team, including the all-new Email Assist, Chat Assist and CallMe Assist, all of which are easily accessible at the top of every page of the web site. The most innovative of the three, CallMe Assist, allows a customer to schedule a customer service phone call at a later time and date. The addition of these new contact methods provides the customer with the ability to control their shopping experience and optimize their use of time.

In addition, web site enhancements such as the as the all-new Quick Quote and Quick View features give customers more information with fewer clicks required. For example, the Quick View feature begins with a small button that appears next to the product image in the category list when rolled over with the mouse. When clicked, a small window loads within the page that gives the customer additional promotional product information—without having to leave the category list page.
