Hitchcock Fleming & Associates Inc. (hfa), a full-service marketing communications firm in Akron, Ohio, announces the promotion of two team members, Linda Morgan and Amy Weegar.
Morgan was promoted from network administrator to technology manager. Morgan has been managing hfa's information technology (IT) department since 2002. Her new responsibilities include increased involvement with project management and research and development of network architecture. Morgan has more than 25 years of networking, computer and management experience. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from Walsh University, and holds an associates degree in computer programming from The University of Akron.
Weegar was promoted from account coordinator to assistant account manager. In her new role, she is providing support for content management of Web sites for The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company and Dunlop Tires. Weegar, who began her career at hfa as an intern, joined the team in 2004 after earning her Bachelor of Arts degree from Ohio University. As a graduate of the prestigious E.W. Scripps School of Journalism, she majored in advertising management. Weegar lives in Stow.
