However, budget and resources can be a real obstacle. Fifty-six percent of respondents in eyefortransport's latest Wireless Truck Report said that they were unprepared for the challenges that they would face.
Eighty-nine percent of the respondents said that they would have needed to have a master plan to integrate new wireless applications with existing legacy technology.
This message is driven home in a penetrating survey conducted by eyefortransport last October. More than 300 fleet executives responded it.
