WeCareCharities Team up with Four Local Charities to Raise Funds via Vehicle Donation Initiatives WeCareCharities Provides Convenience to Consumers Eager to Spread Holiday Cheer

WeCareCharities to facilitate vehicle donations to raise money for Charities.

Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) December 22, 2006 -- Charities Automobile Recycling Enterprises, LLC is continuing its long-standing commitment to raise awareness and relief efforts this holiday season by recycling vehicles, running or not. WeCareCharities.com has enhanced the donation process just in time for the 2006 holiday season by providing consumers with accessibility for online vehicle donations to benefit several charity partners including American Lung Association of Orange County, Breathe California of Los Angeles, John Douglas French Alzheimer's Foundation and Riverside Sheriff's Association.

WeCareCharities, founded in 1996, has a "rich history of facilitating vehicle donations and vehicle recycling to provide a tremendous value to our partner charities," said Pamella Ball, WeCareCharities Executive Director. "WeCareCharities is unique, not only because the contributions can benefit the donor's own community, but the consumer can select from four charities to which the funds will be donated."

In addition to turning vehicles into cash for charities, WeCareCharities, provide consumers with transportation and storage of the donated vehicle. The donation feature is available throughout California as well as a toll-free telephone number for personalized support. WeCareCharities.com offer consumers the option to "donate now" on their home page and then simply follow the on-screen prompts to select the non-profit organization of their choice from the list provided. "The revamped website makes vehicle donation easier than ever," said Ball, "and it is extremely efficient for those last minute donations as the year comes to a close."

WeCareCharities provided approximately $350,000 in 2005 to their partner charities and recycled in excess of 3,500 vehicles. "We are committed to generating awareness of this unique opportunity to relinquish a vehicle to provide support to the charities in which our employees and customers live and work," said Ball. "We're proud to use our time and resources, especially during the holiday season, to preserve our role as partner, neighbor and friend."
