Klegg Electronics Completes Audit in Compliance with OTC Bulletin Board Eligibility Requirements
Klegg Electronics, Inc. (OTC:KLGE.PK) reported today that the Company’s Independent Auditor, Johnson & Stout, has completed the audit of its financial statements for each of the years ended December 31, 2004 and 2005 and has reviewed its financial statements for the nine months ended September 30, 2006.

(OTC:KLGE.PK) reported today that the Company’s Independent Auditor, Johnson & Stout, has completed the audit of its financial statements for each of the years ended December 31, 2004 and 2005 and has reviewed its financial statements for the nine months ended September 30, 2006. As a result of the completion of the audited and reviewed financial statements, the Company intends to file a Form 10-SB with the Securities and Exchange Commission to register its securities under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 in its efforts to become a fully-reporting company. In conjunction with the filing of the Form 10-SB with the SEC, the Company intends to seek to find an NASD member firm to file a Form 15c2-11 with the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. for the purposes of obtaining an OTC Bulletin Board listing for the Company’s common stock. The OTCBB provides real-time quotes, prices and volume information in over-the-counter (OTC) equity securities.
