Vianix Announces VP of Sales and Marketing for Healthcare Solutions

Reza Hashampour, President and CEO, announced today that James Shackelford had been named Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Healthcare Solutions for Vianix, LLC.

"After a nationwide search, we found the person that fit what we were looking for in this position in our own back yard of Virginia", said Hashampour.

Jim Shackelford's career within the telecommunications industry has spanned over 25 years, with the last 10 years focused in the call center environment. Prior to joining Vianix, he served as Director of Strategic Accounts with Noble Systems, where his leadership style and strong alliances helped to build the company recognition in the Service Bureau market. In addition, Jim was the VP of Sales at SER Solutions, Inc where he was responsible for sales worldwide for their Telecommunication Division. Jim had previous tenure with Interactive Intelligence, AVT Corp. and Firepond.

Currently living in Warrenton, VA, Jim will be relocating his family to Hampton Roads.
