Verb Exchange Inc. (TSX-V:VEI) announces results of its Invitation Only Beta for CoPilot Console™. "Initial users have spread the word about CoPilot and current downloads are quickly approaching five times the original goal for the Invitation Only Beta," states Verb's CEO, Craig Goldenberger.

"Most impressive has been the viral nature of CoPilot. We limited the number of people who were initially offered the opportunity to download CoPilot and HuPad™. However, CoPilot has spread to six of seven continents. We have received feedback from North and South America, Asia, Europe, Australia and Africa. People are adopting CoPilot. They care about where it goes next and are taking the steps to introduce it to their friends and colleagues."

Goldenberger adds, "To say we've been pleased would be an understatement. Although we have excess capacity built-in, we expected the number of new downloads to slow down during the holidays, and therefore only provisioned for a limited number of downloads, an amount we thought would be sufficient to meet the demand through New Year's Day. On Christmas Eve we were flooded with demand, and by mid-morning on Christmas Day our servers automatically stopped issuing new accounts. We quickly opened up more capacity and started accepting new users within twenty-four hours. We want to apologize to those people who were unable to download CoPilot on Christmas Day, and assure everyone that our systems have remained up throughout this surge. At no time was the CoPilot Console™ network unavailable, and we will send an invitation to those that were unable to sign-up for CoPilot during that period and let them know we're open for business."

"We've received very positive feedback from the initial users who continue to provide us valuable insights. Our systems have held up very well, and we are taking note of user behavior. Telecommunications usage is very high and we are very excited about the growth we will experience once CoPilot is distributed more broadly."

Verb will continue to analyze the data from this beta before opening CoPilot to a wider audience. The Company expects the next phase of the product launch in early January.
