Frictionless Recruiting was developed by CareerTours' CEO Aaron Bare, in response to a lack of effective onboarding techniques at companies he visited during his many years performing cultural assessments. The "frictionless" CareerTours website allows companies to create an interactive career site where, in addition to a job posting, the company can record an audio message and upload videos, photos, and create slideshows that helps candidates and companies to experience each other and make the right career decisions. Companies may complement these virtual tours by offering more traditional on-site tours.
