FullColorsTM, a world leader in high-quality imaging paper products has launched two new ultra-white photo papers. The 5760 DPI Premium High Glossy Photo Paper and Professional Premium High Glossy Photo Paper feature a brightness of over 100 setting the new world standard in quality digital reproduction. Both resist fingerprints and scratches, are fully compatible with Canon, Kodak, HP and Epson printers and work well with pigment and dye ink technology.
These new premium ultra white glossy photo papers are acid and lignin free producing a longer archival life. The surfaces are treated with FullColors’TM own formulated micro-porous inkjet receptive coatings and are cast and resin coated to produce a porous surface ideal for receiving the ink and maintaining low ink bleed. The result: an outstanding dot resolution with an extremely clear printed photo.
These coating methods help protect the base paper stock from migration of foreign acid based products. These new papers possess an outstanding absorption rate (dry when leaving the printer), are smudge resistant with waterproof characteristics and represent the perfect solution in high-end photo image printing for the professional digital photographer, graphic designer and home printing enthusiast.
According to David Wilson, FullColorsTM LLC’s Company U.S. Sales & Marketing Director, “The brightness of a given paper is based upon its “whiteness”, expressed in a number from 1 to 100. The new Premium High Glossy Photo Paper and Professional Premium High Glossy Photo Papers rank well over 100 making them whiter and brighter than even their top competitor’s professional lines of products.”
