For You Network a NAFE Affiliate Network Annual 'Gotta Have Heart Awards' Event

Southern, CA (PRWEB) February 12, 2006 -- Each year the For You Network a NAFE affiliate network in Southern California has its members in their 20 Local Connection Networks nominate members they feel are deserving of being acknowledged in a variety of categories.
Below are the nominees for the 2006 Award Event , which is their fourth annual event. This event will be held February 25th, 2006 at the Reef Hotel in Long Beach, CA. The event is chaired by Gisella Thomas, one of the Founding Directors of For You. "This is a way for the networks to honor its many great members for their continued support, also members are able to also nominate their favorite meeting location restaurants where the various meetings are held", says Gisella Thomas the event chair person..
None of the members or any of the Committee members or the chair in the network are aware of the final winners until the day of the event and the envelopes from each category of nominees are delivered to the chairperson and opened as each category is called. The awards are done like the Academy Awards , and each winner is presented with an award when her name is called as the winner and brought to the stage. The winner than has a few minutes to give a small speech and accepts the award.. Outside judges from a Women's organization not connected with the network make the final decisions based on the award write up information they receive on each nominee and the criteria of each category... The final winners will be announced on February 25th at the event.
