Cellpup Launches First Ever 'Make-Your-Own' Flashcard System for Cell Phones

Berkeley, Calif., February 27, 2006 – Cellpup (www.cellpup.com) announced a new system to allow teachers and students to easily create electronic flashcards on the Cellpup Web site, download them to their phones, and share them with their classes and study groups.
Cellpup flashcard decks feature both multiple choice quiz and flip card modes and are easy to create and download to Web and Java-enabled cell phones from the Cellpup Web site, www.cellpup.com. Students and teachers can return to the site any time to edit, re-download, and share their decks—all for free.
Students learn best when they are actively involved in the process. Even before download, the act of making Cellpup decks deepens students’ engagement with the material, and sharing decks with classmates can strengthen study teams.
