Online Retailer to Open a Limited-Edition Gallery for Aspiring Artists

OverstockArt.com’s “Limited Editions Gallery” will initially include paintings from six pre-selected artists. Each artist will have the opportunity to present four of his/her “best” creations. The art will then be reproduced by hand as oil painting on canvas. Each piece will have a first edition of only 10 reproductions.
These reproduced works will be, as all of OverstockArt.com works are, hand made oil on canvas. The works will be numbered and signed by the artist. This is a great opportunity for OverstockArt.com’s art loving community, to get to know new upcoming artists. Included with the painting will be a certificate of authenticity and a detailed biography of the artist so customers can get to know the artist on a more personal level.

OverstockArt.com is still accepting applications from aspiring artist who wish to take part in this project. To participate, please send photos of 4 paintings along with a detailed description of the artwork including name, medium and dimensions.
