Small Town Poker Tour Announces Baltic Amateur Championship Series

The world's largest amateur poker tour plans a series of events in northern Europe.

Copenhagen, Denmark (PRWEB) March 11, 2006 -- The Small Town Poker Tour (STPT) announced today in addition to Denmark, they are planning events in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Estonia. The producers are visiting various sites around region. "I have been in many historic and beautiful towns in Denmark and Sweden the last few days. I was excited to see all the interest in finding the worlds best amateur poker player. I hear there are very good players in this region and can't wait to see what develops. Our goal is to give people high quality events and great time." stated Mark Fracalossi STPT Executive Producer. The STPT sets up tournament's and poker events around the world. Regional winners receive seats to the Small Town Poker Tour World Amateur Poker Championships in Las Vegas. The STPT also has up coming events in other parts of Europe. The dates for the events will be announced within the next few weeks.

The Small Town Poker Tour will not only search Europe and the USA, but also plans tours of Australia, Canada and Asia. The STPT will also lend it's hand in many charity events. The STPT helped sponsor an event at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, "Vince Neils Off the Strip Tournament. There was a $50,000 prize pool, plus $100,000 was raised for the Skylar Neil Foundation and the T. J. Martell Foundation, a music industry organization dedicated to the innovative life saving research into the treatment of leukemia, cancer and AIDS. . ”We have a data base of players who rise to the occasion and always go above and beyond to support a great cause”, Fracalossi added.
