Orlando neighbors Timeshares Only and Denny’s will conduct the Spring Fling Blood Drive to assist Florida’s Blood Centers.
(PRWEB) March 17, 2006 -- To commemorate the beginning of the spring season, Orlando-area businesses Timeshares Only and Denny’s will host a blood drive to benefit Florida’s Blood Centers. The Spring Fling Blood Drive will take place on March 21, 2006, during 12-5 p.m. on International Drive in the SeaWorld area. Located at 11059 and 11037 International Drive respectively, Timeshares Only and Denny’s will be holding the blood drive in the parking lot of Denny’s.
Each donor receives a complimentary mini-physical, $10 gift certificate good at any Darden restaurant, six cookies from Breck’s Gourmet Cookie Shop, t-shirt, and juice. The mini-physical includes blood pressure, cholesterol, and iron level checks.
Donated blood helps victims of accidents and burns, patients of cancer and sickle cell anemia, and premature babies. Every blood donation enables an emergency crew to save three lives.
