The Idea Circle Releases Nursing Abilities Tracking System
The Idea Circle launches NATS (Nursing Abilities Tracking System) for use by nursing programs and educational institutions.
Bemidji, MN (PRWEB) March 19, 2006 -- The Idea Circle launches NATS (Nursing Abilities Tracking System) for use by nursing programs and educational institutions.
NATS is an online tool which allows for student involvement in tracking their own abilities and progress, while allowing the instructor to electronically sign off the student by course and ability and keep and record the timeline for each student achievement. In addition, NATS can be customized to each individual institution and its own nursing curriculum.
Mary Eaton, president of The Idea Circle Inc states “this new tool will strongly benefit any nursing school in maintaining and tracking the nursing abilities as required by the Minnesota State Board of Nursing, while maintaining an accurate archive of students, graduates, abilities, courses, and the entire curriculum.”
NATS is currently being used by a two-year educational institution and is in place to be used by other nursing programs around the state. A live demonstration will be presented at the Minnesota Health Educator’s Conference on April 19 - 21, 2006
