Yoga Teacher Launches “Start Meditation, Stop Smoking” Program

New multi-media PDF ebook makes it possible for people to practice meditation at home and break their smoking habit in a natural and permanent way.

(PRWEB) March 20, 2006 -- “Don’t worry about your smoking habit, if you start meditating, it will disappear.” This is the advice of Dada Vedaprajinananda, a veteran yoga and meditation teacher who has just launched a new ebook entitled “Start Meditation, Stop Smoking.”

Dada, who has been practicing yoga for the past 35 years, explains that the first step to quitting smoking is to make a “firm determination” that you want to do something about your smoking habit.

“Firm determination is the first secret of success,” explains Dada, an American who learned yoga from Indian teachers and now teaches yoga and meditation in the Mediterranean countries. “While it is important to want to give up smoking, you shouldn’t worry about it,” Dada added.

“Instead of worrying, it is better to take practical steps to break the habit. Meditation and yoga is a sure solution to the problem,” says Dada.

“Over the past 35 years, 100% of my practicing students have overcome their smoking habits,” explained Dada. “No one ever came to me and said ‘I practiced for three months and it didn’t work’”, he added.

According to Dada, “The smoking habit can’t coexist in a mind that has become peaceful and balanced due to the regular practice of meditation and yoga.”

“In fact, I never tell anyone to ‘stop smoking’” Dada explained. “Rather I tell them ‘start meditation’” he said. According to Dada, if someone practices simple meditation and yoga exercises on a daily basis, he or she will be able, within in a short period of time, to simply decide to stop smoking once and for all.

Instructions on how to use meditation and yoga to break the smoking habit have been laid out in Dada’s new ebook “Start Meditation, Stop Smoking”, which is available online at http://www.start-meditation-stop-smoking.com

The new ebook is in PDF format and includes photographs, audio files and links to online videos making it possible for readers to learn meditation and yoga at home.
