Interview sharing on HireSnap is not limited to www.HireSnap.com. Through its Interview Send feature, HireSnap allows users to send their interview to anyone, across the Internet. For example, users can insert the email of any employer into their account panel and share it with them immediately.

Using an ID system users get their own HireSnap ID. The ID system allows users to include their HireSnap ID on traditional resumes, alerting an employer that they have a HireSnap interview on file. The employer then can look up a user by their HireSnap ID, and interview them. The HireSnap ID gives users a tool for exposure, self promotion, and a "leg up" on their competition.

Employer Interviewing

Employers have always been faced with the burden of the hiring process.
