Will Ferrell Voted Most Fun Celebrity on a Friday Night

When asked, "Who'd be the most fun on a Friday night?" in a personality quiz poll, 31.26% of voters chose funny-man Will Ferrell as the celebrity that they would party with. The former SNL comedian may have earned this vote of confidence from the party characters that he's portrayed. Frank "The Tank" Ricard in Old School, the savoir bachelor Ron Burgundy in Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy, and the ultimate wedding crasher, Chazz Reinhold, in Wedding Crashers have helped to create Ferrell's Friday night-fiend persona. It was just enough to give the USC grad two more votes than Tragic Kingdom diva, Gwen Stefani.

(PRWEB) April 5, 2006 -- When people were asked, "Who'd be the most fun on a Friday night?" in a personality quiz poll, 31.26% of voters chose funny-man Will Ferrell as the celebrity that they would party with. It was barely enough to give the USC grad two more votes than Tragic Kingdom diva, Gwen Stefani.

This finding reflects results from the "Are You Fun?" quiz (www.chatterbean.com/rufun) from Chatterbean, the Internet's leading resource for personal trend information and a source of numerous free personality tests.

Who'd be the most fun on a Friday night?
In determining which fun celebrity personality people most wanted to party with, the "Are You Fun?" quiz on Chatterbean.com had a nail-biter vote between Will Ferrell and Gwen Stefani. Ferrell eked out a victory with 31.26% of respondents in his favor, just besting No Doubt's Gwen Stefani, who earned 30.79% of the vote. Perhaps voters took into account Stefani's pregnancy, understanding that this would curb her party spirit. A solid quarter of voters considered Tara Reid to be a great Friday night party-girl despite her passionate statements to the contrary. For the record, 26.01% of respondents chose Reid as their preferred partner to paint the town red. Jon Heder's uber-geek Napoleon Dynamite persona drew only 11.93% of the vote. Apparently, not too many people want to hang out on a Friday night for a game of tetherball and a hot, salty round of tater tots.

Chatterbean.com attracts thousands of users every day to entertaining Web sites that cover trends in personal growth, fashion, food, music, parenting, home ownership, education, and more. Chatterbean and its fun personality quizzes can be found at www.chatterbean.com.
