WebCam Software LogiSphere now Supports TV Tuners and Video Recording
The webcam software LogiSphere has come another step forward. In the latest release, it has two new features:
- support for TV tuners:
enable any windows compatible TV tuner to stream video
- video recording:
record real time video or detected motion.

- support for TV tuners
use a computer TV tuner to broadcast tv stations to the internet. The included windows media server delivers amazing quality without requiring an expensive internet connection.
The software can be used with any computer running windows XP computer connected to the internet.
- video recording
LogiSphere records three types of videos:
- real time - record video live
- single frames, detected motion - images with detected motion can be stored on the computer.
Using this feature, any windows XP computer with a video capture device can be used as an effective surveillance device.
- single frames, web access - record images that are requested through a browser. Looking at the recorded video, the webmaster has a good overview what has been looked at using a webcam.
Recorded videos can be played in the Windows Media Player or any other compatible player.
