X-partySM ImmediateCare solves this issue by training current on-site personnel in diagnostic processes, providing the technical knowledgebase to troubleshoot problems, stocking critical and failure-prone equipment on-site for ready replacement, and providing the backup support needed to solve difficult problems, including emergency on-site service if necessary.
