Mercantile Commercial Capital (MCC) reports it closed on 47 commercial loans in 2005 that totaled more than $48 million. MCC specializes in U.S. Small Business Administration 504 loans for small business owners who want to acquire or develop their own facilities.
Altamonte Springs, FL (PRWEB) April 20, 2006 -- Mercantile Commercial Capital LLC, the Altamonte Springs based firm that specializes in U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) 504 loans for small business owners who want to acquire or develop their own facilities reported it closed on 47 loans in 2005.
Christopher G. Hurn, president of the firm, said its SBA 504 loans totaled more than $48.2 million this year.
Last year, the firm’s first full year of operations, they closed 24 loans.
Hurn said job creation is a key goal of the SBA’s 504 program. In 2005, Mercantile Commercial Capital’s lending activities generated 346 jobs. Since the company opened its doors only 35 months ago, Mercantile Commercial created more than 740 jobs.
