Gift Cards Are Piping Hot in Restaurant Industry

In addition, businesses that use gift cards as part of their corporate incentive programs report that dining gift cards represent 68% of their employee selection according to the 2005 Gift Certificate FACTS Report.

Additionally, redemption trends would support our theory that gift cards encourage consumers to try new restaurants.
