New Google Map Feature Added to iHOUSE Web Solutions IDXPro™ Service for Realtors®

Real estate agents and brokers can now add built-in IDX service to any website, including an interactive Google map with icons representing property listings in specific geographic areas. The service incorporates data feeds from nearly 300 MLS providers, covering almost two-thirds of all listings in the U.S.

Visitors to an agent’s website will instantly see, on a Google Local Map, the locations of the MLS properties that match their search criteria, without ever leaving that agent’s website. It becomes a powerful marketing and lead capture tool.

The Google Local Map will be directly incorporated onto the IDXPro MLS search results page. The visitor can see summary listing details by clicking on any listing icon on the map. The visitor can then click on a link on the summary details to go to a web page that provides more information on the property.

Several new optional features are also included in the latest IDXPro release. Agents can now choose to require a visitor to register before accessing more information on a specific listing after seeing the summary results of a search. They can also add a “Hot Listing” icon to individual listings that have been added or edited within a custom-defined time period, and can select an option to have their own listings that match the search criteria appear first on the search results pages.
