Beano or Bingo?

Online bingo has changed the way bingo is played.

Philadelphia, PA (PRWEB) April 28, 2006 -- In the United States, bingo was originally referred to as “beano.” It was a fair game played in casinos where a dealer would pull numbered disks from a cigar box, while gamblers would anxiously mark their cards with beans. When they won, they would gleefully shout, “beano.” This game was taken to a carnival near Atlanta, Georgia where someone accidentally shouted “bingo” instead of “beano.” A toy salesman overheard this, and decided to rename the game “bingo.”

Bingo has come a long way from that. No longer do we pull numbered disks from a cigar box, and mark our cards with beans, but play the thrilling game over the internet. Bingo is now one of the leading games played online. The world’s primary website in online bingo (www.bingohouse.com) is not only a cheap and easy way to get an exhilarating game of bingo going, but also an immense way to meet new people, or chat with friends. This site contains many types of different bingo games to play, with a new game going every six minutes.

“I enjoy playing at Bingohouse because it saves my gas money,” says Caroline Sheffield, 47. “With gas prices so high these days, and four children at home, I enjoy being able to play bingo in the safety of my own quarters. Plus, on my first deposit, they gave me $300 when I only deposited $100.”

“Being a single mother at home, with Bingohouse’s chat room, I was able to chat with single guys all around the world,” reports Sarah Miller, 39. “To this day, the man I met online and I are still dating.”

So, “Beano” or “Bingo”? The decision is up to you.
