Mother's Day Celebration at Golden Budha Chinese Restaurant

Golden Budha in Chicago will celebrate Mother's Day with a steak, lobster, Champaing, and more buffet dinner on Sunday, May 14, 2006. After Mother's Day Golden Budha will continue its Szechwan House tradion to serve its famous Sunday dim sum lunch buffet.

(PRWEB) April 30, 2006 -- Golden Budha Chinese Restaurant at 312 W. Randolph, Chicago will celebrate Mother’s Day with Steak, Lobster, Champaign Buffet Dinner on Sunday, May 14, 2006.

Continue the tradition at Szechwan House on Ohio and Michigan Ave. and Szechwan East by Navy Pier, Golden Budha will start its deluxe multiple course Sunday lunch buffet on Mother’s Day. The Mother’s Day buffet will start from 11:30 AM until 5:00PM. The cost will be $23.95 for adults, $12.95 for children under 12, and no charge for under 6 years of age. Future Sunday Buffet will be $14.95 and $7.95 both without lobster, and will be served 11:30 AM to 2 PM.

There will be assorted dim sum items for appetizers.
Shrimp Har Kow -- steamed whole shrimp with ginger wrapped in a translucent rice wrapper.
Beef Shiu Mei -- steamed minced beef and water chestnut wrapped in wonton skin
Pork Phoenix Kow -- steamed pork dumpling made to look like the head of a phoenix
Tofu Meat Roll -- steamed minced pork wrapped in tofu skin
Chicken Jiao -- steamed and then pan fried chicken dumplings
Egg Roll -- deep fried chicken, shrimp, and vegetable roll
Crab Rangoon -- deep fried wonton filled with crab meat, cream cheese, garlic, and scallion.
Entrees are:
Peking Duck -- Strips of roasted duck meat wrapped in a Mandarin pancake with shredded white scallion and plum sauce.
Golden Budha Lobster Tail -- Each adult will get a 1/2 baby Maine lobster tail stir fried in our special golden sauce with Asian caviar.
Rib Eye Steak -- Open fire broiled beef steak served with our special Mandarin Vegetable Sauce
Snow Crab Legs -- For those customers who like to work for their dinner we have these crab legs with melted real butter and fresh lemon.
Jiao Yen Black Tiger Prawn -- Large size shrimp with shell on but easy to peel in salt, minced garlic and fresh chili pepper
Fresh Basil General Tso’s Chicken -- Our best selling chicken dish stir fried with fresh basil a Taiwanese tradition.
Black Mushroom over Heart of BacChoy -- Stir Fried Chinese Vegetable covered with Chinese Black Shitake mushroom.
Black Pepper Pork Steak -- Pork Steak grilled over open fire to perfection in special black pepper sauce and diced in the kitchen and served with vegetables.
Chinese Vegetable Fried Rice -- with baby corn, peapods, bean sprout, egg, black mushroom and pineapple.
For dessert we will serve cakes made by Chinese pastry chefs in China town and seasonal fresh fruits.

Street parking in the area are free on Sundays. Or park at 180 N. Franklin a multiple level indoor self park parking lot for $3 with our validation.
