Mother's Day Has Gone to the Dogs

You'll have a tail wagging good time doing this story.

St. Louis, MO (PRWEB) May 5, 2006 -- Sisters Tammy, Cindy & Beth never spend a day without their dogs and the dogs of about 500 other people. This Mother’s Day will be no exception. In fact, these three sisters will do just about anything for a dog. From scooping up doggie poop, to walking dogs, dog sitting, and dog training, these sisters will make a Dog’s Day. www.stlouiscrittersitters.com

The sisters spent their childhood around dogs. The family photos are Tammy, Cindy and Beth as kids with their dogs and cats. Therefore, it’s no wonder that these sisters, (Tammy & Cindy) who have children of their own, turned their love for animals into a howling successful pet care business called Critter Sitters.

Sister Beth, who battles with the muscle disorder dystonia, is a Master dog trainer in obedience and search and rescue. Beth recently trained a touch dog for a volunteer at St. Louis Children’s Hospital. Touch dogs work as therapy dogs for sick children. Beth also says she has better camaraderie with animals than with people. “Animals are not prejudice against people with disabilities,” she says. Beth also has an award winning Belgium Malinois Shepard named Mia, personally trained by Beth, in addition to two other dogs and two cats.

So how will these three dog-loving sisters spend Mother’s Day? With their mother Donna, who raised them to love animals. For a pet potpourri of doggie Mother’s Day stories from Tammy, Beth, Cindy and their mother, call Ollie Dowell at 314-265-5537. Please call in advance of Mother’s Day to arrange an interview. Don’t let this story go to the dogs or you’ll be scooped! Great visuals and nat sound.
