Aston Martin DBS - James Bond's New Car

The James Bond 007 Aston Martin legacy will continue with Aston Martin's latest car, the DBS, appearing in the 21st Bond movie "Casino Royale."

(PRWEB) May 6, 2006 -- The official Aston Martin website in January announced that James Bond would be driving the sexy new Aston Martin DBS model for the newest film, Casino Royale. Today, they officially revealed the DBS model that 007 will be driving.

Dr Ulrich Bez, the Aston Martin Chairman and Chief Executive Officer said of the car, "The DBS continues our proud and lengthy association with James Bond. The DBS is not of the understated elegance of a DB9, nor the youthful agility of the V8 Vantage. It is explosive power in a black tie and has its own unique character which will equal that of James Bond."

While many of the details of car are still under wraps, Design Director Marek Reichman called the DBS "instantly recognisable as an Aston Martin" and can further be quoted as saying "this car encapsulates a link between our elegant DB9 road car and the powerful DBR9 race car. It signals an evolutionary development of Aston Martin's world renowned style and elegance."

The car certainly looks superb and Daniel Craig will have problems with screen presence the DBS is gorgeous. The Aston Martin appears in the 21st Bond film with Daniel Craig.
