Already producing for the Retail marketplace in Pint size packaging, Booozah is now looking forward to the food-service marketplace with its 1.5 Gallon size tubs. “We are excited to offer our most exotic flavors in 1.5 Gallon tubs for high end restaurants, hotels and country clubs,” said Karim Raad, Owner of Booozah LLC. “Our product is ideal for the food-service industry because it gives chefs and restaurant operators something new and unique to their clients,” continued Raad.
As part of the effort to reach the New York city food-service market, Booozah is teaming up with Mt. Pleasant Ice Cream Company. Mt. Pleasant is located in Yonkers, NY and already delivers to hundreds of restaurants and country clubs in the area. “We are pleased to work with Booozah and bring to our customers something completely new,” said Mike Muray, Mt. Pleasant owner. “I believe Booozah, as a super premium dessert, will be a good addition to any restaurant menu and will give many of the current established ice cream players a run for their money,” added Muray.
All based on Booozah’s Middle Eastern ice cream recipes, the flavors available in 1.5 Gallon containers will be: White Orchid, White Orchid Supreme, Pistachio Delight, Exotic Mango, Wild Blackberry, Smooth Strawberry and Rainforest Acai. “Booozah will be adding more exotic flavors as things progress, flavors like Acerola, Guarana, Lychee, Tamarind, Zesty Lemon, Nutty Chocolate and Mediterranean Vanilla." When asked how quickly these new flavors will be introduced, Raad said, “It depends on our customer’s palate of course.”
