This roundup is the first of what is planned to be an annual survey by the Institute of blogs relating to the mediation profession. The National Institute for Advanced Conflict Resolution (NIACR) was founded for the purpose of advancing the field of conflict resolution in the United States, and promoting a greater understanding of the role of mediation in resolving disputes.
