Ms. Galit Ofengart has over 17 years of industry experience under her belt. When this opportunity presented itself, she saw it as a chance to make an even bigger impact on the industry. “Escrow of the West is a great fit for my high-energy, customer-focused work style,” says Ms. Ofengart with her characteristic smile. “I have always believed that great customer service should come first. She has successfully worked her way through the ranks, allowing her to see every aspect of the complex escrow process. She began as an Administrative Assistant then moved to an Escrow Assistant. Her ability to meet deadlines and strong attention to detail got her promoted to Junior Escrow officer. Once she mastered the balance between details and client relations, she then moved onto Escrow Officer. In this role, her leadership was rewarded with becoming a Branch Manager/Escrow Officer. Her strong customer base and track record of repeat business has always had her employers and clients alike singing her praises.
Her ability to meet deadlines, anticipate challenges and trouble shoot problems, all while making her clients feel confident and secure is one of her trademarks.
