Chop Cut Rebuild with Dan Woods is Back to Power Out a Wild 3rd Season Ride Wednesday, June 28th at 7:30 EDT on SPEED

Chop Cut Rebuild Season 3 features two exceptional projects and two veteran build teams committing to a ‘soup to nuts’ process. Focused as the framed ideal for the automotive building - gotta have it - enthusiast. Defined by projects from the two most prominent automotive names on the planet, General Motors and the Ford Motor Company.

(PRWEB) June 25, 2006 -- Produced by WAS Productions, Chop Cut Rebuild has become renowned as one of North America’s premier automotive build / customization television series - featuring dazzling and conceptually daring automotive alterations. From barnyard strays to showroom queens, CCR has taken on some of the most intriguing build challenges ever profiled on television. Everything from one of a kind novelty classics, such as the restoration of George Barris’ famous ‘Supervan’- to the zenith of custom hotrod speed goals – the salt flats of Bonneville. CCR Season 3 promises eclipse its predecessors in meeting the need for full-blown entertainment, with insightful content and straight up project dynamics.

Chop Cut Rebuild Season 3 will feature two exceptional automotive projects and two veteran build teams committing to a ‘soup to nuts’ process over 13 episodes. Season 3 will remain focused as the framed ideal for the automotive building - gotta have it - enthusiast… Defined by projects from the two most prominent automotive names on the planet…General Motors and the Ford Motor Company.

The CCR Season 3 project cars include a world premiere… Punishing, big block V8 muscle will be bolted into a car that doesn’t exist. Yet it is already an American sports car icon before the first bolt is turned. The objective: re-create a 1967 Camaro SS entirely from the catalogues and crates of Dynacorn Classic Bodies Inc. GM antes up with an inferno in a box... a 502 / 502 Chevy Performance big-block…to form a prototype creation of stellar beauty, with unrelenting power.

The second vehicle profiled every episode is a CCR mainstay...a punched, bored and blown stroker in a steel bodied 1935 Ford hot rod. A rescue replete with body modifications including the ever-classic rumble seat. A sidewalk street stunner designed and built by a newly formed team at JTM’s Hotrods, with earth scorching kick.

CCR will take viewers to manufacturers for a full shot capture of unique customization of top of the line products and builders. Everything is revealed from thorns to thundering success.

Host and executive producer Dan Woods stated, “Our target remains to create a unique and recognizable show…real technicians, real shops, real projects, real building objectives. We’re not ‘Reality TV’ we’re ‘Real TV’. Chop Cut Rebuild delivers the blood, sweat, and gears of automotive content. No dysfunction – just a clear-cut look at shop sense - without gimmickry.”

A veteran television personality, Woods is also known for his role as Mr. Raditch, the stern school principal on the Emmy award winning youth series…Degrassi – The Next Generation… After 18 years with Degrassi TNG – Dan turned in textbooks and in-depth teen psychology for torches and torque wrenches to delve into the midst of elite custom car building strategies and drama.

Classic American muscle. V8 power. The howl of power and the flash of chrome. Titans. Providing meticulously documented content - from disarray to spectacular display.

Built step-by-step…bolt-by-bolt delivery… raw and real.
