The Property Portal Urbaniza.com and InfoCasa, Providers of Real Estate Software, Offer a System to Easily Synchronize Property Information with Exposure on Internet

The procedure is using the same facility as InfoCasa is using to share properties between agencies.

Urbaniza.com and Infocasa have designed a system that permits InfoCasa's clients to publish their properties directly to the network of portals Urbaniza.com manages, in a fully automatic manner through InfoCasa’s software.

The creation of customer Websites and presence in property portals has given Estate Agents a better way to contact their clients.

The number of people that access property portals has risen dramatically: 1,020,480 unique users in May 2006, against 516,825 unique users registered in the same month last year (source: Nielsen/netrankings).

Approximately 35% of new development sales are found through the Internet, and it is expected that in two years time this percentage will reach 50%.
