Stressed Out? Maybe Love Is All You Need

R.K. Relan, Author of “Love for All Eternity: Women’s Edition” (RKR Publishing, 2006) believes that stress, which is the first step towards all major illnesses, can be reduced or completely eradicated by the process of true love therapy.

Fremont, CA (PRWEB) July 3, 2006 -- R.K. Relan, Author of “Love for All Eternity: Women’s Edition” (RKR Publishing, 2006) believes that stress, which is the first step towards all major illnesses, can be reduced or completely eradicated by the process of true love therapy.

R.K. Relan, a cancer survivor, took challenges he encountered in his lifetime, coupled that with extensive academic research and authored the first in a series of four self-help books designed to guide the reader through self-analysis towards a goal of building self-esteem and improving health though the process of “love therapy.”

“Most people would agree that as a society, we are more stressed now than at any other time in history. With the advent of technology; one spends their entire day at work, followed by long commutes. News sources frequently cite health problems that are related to stress,” notes R.K. Relan.

There are many resources available filled with suggestions on the best ways to beat stress, however, one of the latest suggestions on how to truly relax and leave the stress behind may leave some begging for more. The answer may lie in “love therapy.” The term, coined by author, R.K. Relan, is “based upon medical facts that suggest eight hours of love therapy every night is the best cure for most ailments suffered by the body.” He continues, “This approach not only strengthens your immune system but it also releases natural opiates from your mind. This eradicates all the stress from your life for the remaining sixteen hours of your day.”

One of the most important parts to this type of therapy is making sure that an individual has the right person to spend all of their time with. In one chapter, R.K. offers women a 96 question test to help them determine if they are with the right person. The test is designed to provide a foundation for making sure that women see the truth about men and make good choices.

In this, his latest work, Mr. Relan, notes that his objective is to begin a wonderful new revolution in which women will be equal to or better in all phases of life than any other living being, including men. He wrote this self-help autobiographical psychoanalysis and philosophical title based upon his personal experiences and years of research.

A recent review by Linda Wood, notes that “Few male authors write with sincere respect for women at the heart of their materials. For the record, we can spot insincerity a mile away even if we are in the “denial or “struggle” phase. Ms. Woods goes on to note: “I feel Relan has achieved a historic moment in making academic research accessible to the general public.”

R.K. Relan holds degrees in Finance and Business Administration. He is a dual citizen of both Canada and the USA, currently residing in Fremont California. He speaks 5 languages and his first book, “In Search of Justice” published in 1977, received good reviews and taught him the publishing trade. Born in New Delhi, India, in 1959, Relan credits his life to attending the Primal Therapy Institute led by Dr. Arthur Janov, author of Why you Get Sick and How you Get well, “The Healing Power of Feelings and the Primal Scream, Los Angels, CA. USA
