Geoprise Technologies today announced the appointment of Pankaj Sharma as CEO, Asia. Mr. Sharma will be responsible for managing the Geoprise development and support facility in Noida, India, and for delivering solutions to customers with business operations in Asia.

Mr. Sharma was formerly a Director of Apriso Pte Ltd in Singapore, where he ran Apriso’s professional services organization for the Asia-Pacific region. Previously, he was a Technical Services Manager for the Apriso professional services organization in the United States. Before entering the software industry, he was a co-founder and Director of Marketing and Product Development of Fitment Auto Spares Pvt. Ltd., in Delhi, India, an automotive components manufacturer and supplier to an OEM assembly plant in Kenya making shock absorbers and dampeners for the Opel car manufacturing plant in Nairobi, Kenya. A native of Lucknow, India, Mr. Sharma earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in electrical and computer engineering (with honors) from Ohio University, Athens, Ohio USA.
