MST will continue to operate and trade under its original name and will maintain its headquarters location at 15 Churchville Road, Bel Air, MD. Jerry Tabeling, former President and CEO of DP Solutions, will move to MST as its new President and concentrate 100 percent of his efforts on growing the company and working with its customers. Jack Stout, Founder and current President of MST, will remain with the company on a full-time basis as Chief Technology Officer and Software Architect, assisting Mr. Tabeling, the DP Solutions team, and the MST team to grow the business.

Additionally, DP Solutions’ team of software developers and engineers will support enhancements and customizations to PHAS. Significant growth in training and support staff, as well as continued functional and HUD-specific improvements to the core software, is anticipated.
