Brylen Homes' Progressive Luncheon Gives Realtors Peek at Traditional Neighborhood Design in Amelia Park

Brylen Homes opened their models, including the award-winning Charleston, and new villas for a luncheon that drew over 80 Realtors from throughout the First Coast.

Fernandina Beach, Fla. (PRWEB) July 16, 2006 -- Realtors were recently invited to tour the homes that are making Amelia Park one of Northeast Florida's most popular and admired neighborhoods.

Brylen Homes opened their models, including the award-winning Charleston, and new villas for a luncheon that drew over 80 Realtors from throughout the First Coast.

"There are so many exciting things going on with traditional neighborhood design at Amelia Park. We felt it was a good time to showcase the kinds of home we are building. This gives them some insight when they are talking to customers about Brylen Homes and Amelia Park," said Brylen Homes President Bryan Lendry.

The community opened in 1999 and was noted as the first northeast Florida residential housing project to use the neo-traditional neighborhood design promoting narrow streets, small lots, pedestrian-friendly sidewalks, community greens, and charming front porches to encourage a "sense of community" and interaction between residents.

Amelia Park is a centrally located community on Amelia Island, yet close to the ocean, with about one mile along sidewalks to the Sadler beach access at Jasmine and South Fletcher. Residents can also walk or bike to nearby shopping including a pharmacy, post office, bank, Kmart, Publix grocery, Wal-Mart and more. Baptist Hospital is within a mile of Amelia Park.

This neighborhood features the local YMCA, which residents can walk to from their homes. The campus of a private Montessori school is also close by.

Having been a part of Amelia Park since its inception, Brylen Homes continues to reflect a deep commitment to quality construction and customer satisfaction through every step of the home buying process. Homes in Amelia Park have distinctive character, solid construction and feature unique detail.

An established homebuilder since 1992, Brylen Homes provides homebuyers with a committed and knowledgeable team of professional sales consultants and experienced project managers.

Brylen Homes is the custom-quality division of Custom Homes by Bryan Lendry. An award-winning homebuilder, Lendry has been building homes in North Florida for over a decade. The company offers plans in variety of styles and prices, many available for immediate move-in. Brylen Homes also builds in Amelia Terrace; Duval County on Providence Island inside Queen's Harbour Yacht and Country Club; and St. Johns County at Port St. John, Istoria, Payasada Estates and Palencia.
