RealManage announced today that it has opened up a new branch office in Tampa, Florida to position itself to take advantage of the high-growth in community associations in central Florida.

RealManage tapped industry veteran Allen Baum to head up the new branch. Allen had previously started up the San Antonio branch for RealManage, which in less than two years has grown into one of the leading management companies in the San Antonio market.
