Announcing New Software Program That Helps Families Bond Together Quickly and Easily, Reducing the Risk of Wayward Children and Future Socializing Issues

With a 50% divorce rate... An alarming teen pregnancy rate... and teen violence... drug and alcohol abuse at record levels... there is finally a new way for parents to begin bonding with their families earlier rather than later.

Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) July 26, 2006 -- Families need all the support they can get these days just to raise a family of decent, law abiding citizens. One proven way parents can focus themselves and their family on the positive is to record their wishes, dreams and the current events of their lives in a positive, nurturing way.

Introducing Life's Little Journals for every stage of a family's life…birthing…motherhood…fatherhood…siblings, grandparents, even teen pregnancy.

Life's Little Journals, Journaling Software (http://www.LifesLittleJournals.com/) is an interactive computer software program, which turns an ordinary computer screen into a keepsake journal as a lifelong memory tool the family can always share together, complete with audio, photos and the ability to publish into a hardbound keepsake book.

According to Gail Metcalf, Publisher of Life's Little Journals, "Our journals are unique in that, unlike some journals, where you stare at a blank page and think of something to write, Life's Little Journals includes thought provoking questions (and is fully illustrated) to open up the writer's mind and allow them to express their thoughts easily, clearly and privately. Another special feature includes a voice component, where the writer can actually record audio messages into the page. In addition, the beautful pictures included in each journal can be replaced with the owner's personal photos and/or videos. After childbirth, or at any stage of the life cycle, depending on the journal, this memory keepsake can be downloaded or printed and and even converted into a hardbound journal. It's as simple as typing into any word processing document on the computer. Quick and easy."

In recent years, women have been using a pregnancy journal to record the nine months leading to the birth. There are many different types of pregnancy journals to choose from, but Life's Little Journals have taken this concept and expanded on it. After all, most hardbound pregnancy journals gets tucked away after the pregnancy, never to be seen again.

Imagine using the pregnancy journal to interact with your child as he/she grows. The smile and look of wonder you see in your child's face the first time your photo is seen in the journal or your special audio message is heard is priceless.

Two of the journals create special letters to your unborn child that are created from special phrases created for you to finish. Others are thoughtful questions for you to answer. Your completed journal becomes the keepsake you read to them over and over again as special nighttime stories, only your child is the center of the story. A journal from the grandparent(s); special letters from daddy; mommy's detailed account of the labor and delivery with her thoughts recorded right into the page from special moments; the big brother or sister telling the new baby about their life, what they look forward to sharing and teaching them.

Having these special moments in a keepsake journal created just for your child is something they will cherish for the rest of their life, especially if something were to happen to the author of the journal and they never had a chance to build that special bond.

Gail says "We want to help strengthen the bond of the family unit and I'm convinced, the sooner we begin the bonding process, the easier it will be for families to raise emotionally open, trusting, giving and honest children.

"Now with this new easy to use software we have developed a series of journals for fatherhood, motherhood, birthing, siblings, grandparents and even Teen Pregnancy, where writers can replace photos with their own, record audio messages right on the page and self publish their very own keepsake hardbound book for less than $20."

Gail Metcalf is an entrepreneur, marketing her own educational and information products on the Internet. She established Life's Little Journals, LLC to create and publish personal learning tools and keepsake journals.
