Keystone Development Group Inc. Offers Investment Opportunity for World Class Hospital Project in Hanoi

Keystone Development Group, Inc., a leading global investment group located in New York (www.us-hospital-vn.com) is seeking investors for building and operating a world-class health care facility in Hanoi, Vietnam.

New York, NY (PRWEB) July 26, 2006 -- The Keystone Development Group, Inc., a U.S.-based company is offering a foreign investment opportunity (www.us-hospital-vn.com) in Hanoi, Vietnam. To be officially named Hanoi International American Hospital, this new facility will function as a world-class health care facility and will be the first hospital in the country adhering to the International standards for medical care.

According to Dr. Khoat Van Tran, director of the hospital project, “We are looking for investors who want to participate in this financially sound investment and humanitarian project that fills a significant need for the people of Vietnam and the many foreign businessmen and tourists who may need medical care.”

At present, Vietnamese, foreign businessmen and travelers may have to be flown to Bangkok, Singapore or Hong Kong to receive care, which is both costly and inconvenient.

The goal of this humanitarian project is to improve medical care in Vietnam, as well as create employment opportunities. Local construction materials will be used to build the hospital and local architecture firms and construction companies will be selected as subcontractors.

Dr. Tran, born in Vietnam, and now a U.S citizen and President of Keystone Development Group, Inc. has received the full support of the Hanoi Capitol Government. The Keystone Development Group has been working in Vietnam for more than 14 years.

To facilitate progress on the project, the Keystone Development Group has received official license and approval of the project by the Ministry of Planning and Investment in Vietnam. Land clearing, architectural design, land title and the piling test have all been completed and the foundation is ready to be laid.

Services for both in-patient and out-patient care currently planned will include:

  • General Medical Care
  • Surgery
  • Emergency Medicine
  • Pediatrics
  • Cardiology, Oncology and much more,
  • Complete ancillary services such as (but not limited to) pharmacy, radiology, and laboratory will also be part of the complex.

Numerous and varying investment opportunities are available for this project during the construction phase and/or actual hospital operation. Point of contact for further information on these investment choices is toll free 1-800-408-2955.

Keystone Development Group, Inc. is a leading global group of companies with a 150-year history of providing independent and efficient advice on capital markets around the world.
