(PRWEB) July 28, 2006 -- The Magic Cow, a one of a kind magic store located across from the Empire State building, opened on July 2nd. The store currently sells magic supplies and is expanding into board games, strategy games and role-playing games. It is also quickly becoming a hit among everyone from tourists to professional magicians and amateurs alike.

"This really is a one-of-a-kind store,” said Michael Adler, owner of the store. "We are unlike the others because of our wide selection of magic and related products, our friendly service and our commitment to our customers."

The Magic Cow already has seen a steady stream of business from those in the area. However, it is also gaining acclaim from New Yorkers across the city and tourists because of the expertise of the demonstrators who are experienced magicians and jugglers and the fact that The Magic Cow carries a full line of magic decks, coins, novelty magic, street magic, as well as magic themed books, magazines and DVD's. The store also caters to those interested in magic from performers such as David Blaine and Chris Angel and other of this genre.

Also offered are magic lessons and workshops to teach anyone interested in the “tricks of the trade” and to serve the amateur magician as well as those who have been practicing for years. Magic shows, juggling acts and related entertainment can also be booked through the Magic Cow Corp and are performed by experienced and professional magicians.

The Magic Cow is a member of New York City & Company, the official tourism marketing organization of New York City. A website is also available, and will be able to accept orders shortly. In the meantime, orders can be called into The Magic Cow Corp. at (646) 763-8949. The Magic Cow is open seven days a week.

“We offer anything you might need,” said Mr. Adler. "From our complete selection of street and standard magic products, novelty magic, illusions, to the complete House of Fakini line of magic items. We offer a great selection for amateurs and professionals including many one-of-a kind and collectors items. We will also be offering a line of strategy board games and contact juggling products in the near future."
