LiveiSports.com Captures AMA Grand National Series Live From Hagerstown Speedway; Larry Maiers & Ronnie Jones Co-host Live Webcast as Joe Kopp Defends Recent Victory
MotoWorld TV legend, Larry Maiers, and former Grand National star, Ronnie Jones, will co-host Live i Sports’ live webcast of the AMA Ford Quality Checked Flat Track Championship Saturday, July 29, from Hagerstown Speedway.
Hagerstown, MD (PRWEB) July 29, 2006 -- MotoWorld TV legend, Larry Maiers, and former Grand National star, Ronnie Jones, will co-host Live i Sports’ live webcast of the AMA Ford Quality Checked Flat Track Championship Saturday, July 29, from Hagerstown Speedway.
So far this season, nine different riders have won each of the nine races, making it one of the most competitive championships in history. This weekend, Chris Carr has the potential to become a three-time Hagerstown winner, joining racing legends Will Davis and Steve Morehead. But he will have to take on last year’s victor, Joe Kopp, who also took home last Saturday’s championship in Greenville, Ohio.
Doug Stewart, Live i Sports CEO, explained that the pressure is all about the points. “The points chase is where all the momentum is at this series and it’s just too close to call who will take this year’s Grand National Championship,” said Stewart. “It will be even more exciting for fans if the championship is determined at the last race of the season.”
Live i Sports webcast will begin at 7 p.m. EST. An archived version will be available for viewing following the race.
