Remnants Of Constitution Found In 9/11 Debris: The Story You Haven't Heard
The constitutional amendments were meant to secure our rights. But they have become mere stepping stones for those 'in control'. Defend the constitutional amendments before they become just a fact in history and 'freedom' is redefined. Let your voice be heard! ( http://www.silenceheard.com )
(PRWEB) July 29, 2006 -- With the recent events in the news, and the ever apparent changes in “American” life since 9/11, a new web-based forum has taken root, SilenceHeard.com ( http://www.silenceheard.com ) SilenceHeard is seen as a new venue for those upset about government actions. A place to educate and dispute and possibly make a difference.
Our constitution was created to secure our liberties as citizens of the United States. Each constitutional amendment, as well as other official documents and laws created by government figures, were meant to represent as guidelines for law enforcement and civilians alike when any level of uprising or dispute occurs. These same constitutional amendments, applied from civilian-to-civilian have, over the last 5 years, apparently become mere stepping stones for anyone 'official' from the small town cop to the President of the United States and we are to take it quietly.
Constitutional amendments are being violated on a daily basis by the most powerful, and yet seemingly the most ignorant US citizen, President George W. Bush. “In a report to be issued yesterday, the ABA task force said Bush has lodged more challenges to provisions of laws than all previous presidents combined.” (M. Abramoitz, Washinton Post). When considering the validity of the Presidents genuine concern for the welfare of all US citizens, however, the editors of SilenceHeard.com as us to take the following into consideration. He vetoed the bill for stem cell research saying it “crosses a moral boundary our decent society needs to respect.” “It supports taking innocent life in the hope of finding medical benefits for others,” “every being counts and every person matters.” However, when speaking about the war in Iraq, he proudly announces that 30,000 Iraqi citizens, more or less, have been killed. Let me point out he was talking about citizens, not soldiers. At another point in a Presidential speech, Bush says that “a person who jumps the gun without knowing the facts, is not a person you want as your commander in chief.” What ever happened to those WMD and poisoned gases President Bush? He sent some of our best men and women to their deaths in order to recover something that has still not been found. Oops?
“What is this world coming to?” From corporate scandals to terrorist acts, our government has its hands both full and yet tied since 9/11. It's no wonder the country is running in a panic! However, in the midst of all this panic, it has become painfully clear that our rights as per the constitutional amendments are being stripped from us one at a time. When airport security was at it's unimaginable high, we took it in stride. But it has now escalated to un-announced searches of citizens homes, wire-tapping and concentration camps within the US! Before we know it, the constitutional amendments will include the bill currently being tossed around in congress to make permanent civilian id's a requirement for residency withing the boarders.
The creators and editors of SilenceHeard.com want to take a stance. Although their voices are few, they have strength and knowledge, 2 liberties the US government has not, yet, taken away! While we are still granted the “Freedom of Speech”, SilenceHeard wants others to become aware of their constitutional-amendment-given-rights and encourage them to remember that all men (and women) are equal! We have, in the past, spoken up and taken control of our government. It is our right! After all, the Constitution even starts with “We the people”. Do you think that was to imply only the wealthy or the powerful or are we all equal? Do we all have a voice? At SilenceHeard ( http://www.silenceheard.com ), they want your voice to be just as powerful! Let it be heard.
“We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish the Constitution for the United States of America.”
