Nine luxury lofts have just been completed in a project called RiversPointe. Although the loft-styled condominiums are new construction, the entire project was designed to look like five or six separate downtown buildings, reflecting the look and charm of the downtown architecture.
According to Lee Miller of MSGPR, a public relations agency that specializes in real estate marketing, downtown loft living has become a trendy option. “It makes for a great place to live or for a nice investment, with loft demand appreciating properties in some cities over 30 percent in value since a year ago.”
