Actor Vincent Pastore takes on new role as The Don in the independent feature executive produced by Fred Caruso (Blue Velvet), and well known Music Producer Romeo Antonio entitled "Pizza with Bullets" helmed by Robert Rothbard with newcomers Dave Baez and Tamela D'Amico. Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) August 13, 2006 -- Vincent Pastore (Big Pussy from The Sopranos) has taken on the lead role of Don Vito Persperino in writer/director Robert Rothbard's romantic comedy Pizza With Bullets. This independent is executive produced by veteran Fred Caruso (Blue Velvet), and well known Music Producer Romeo Antonio and stars newcomers Dave Baez and Tamela D'Amico, amongst a cast of familiar "goombahs". Producers Jeffrey Cordone, Mike De Lorenzo, and Co-Producer Tamela D'Amico have announced that production begins October 26th in Los Angeles.
SYNOPSIS: Pizza with Bullets is a romantic-comedy centering on a Mafia Dons family (Don Vito Persperino) and the personal family consequences of his business dealings: the disappearance of his only son, Anthony, who has been missing for nearly twenty years. It is the Dons last wish to locate his son.
