After doing much research and reviewing most of the large job boards, we found that at least more then 65% of all postings were listed by Recruiters.

Most of the Job Seekers we interviewed explained that when they apply for a job online, they hope they are dealing with the Employer directly, but most often end up dealing with a third party.
