Based in Seattle, WA, she integrates nutrition counseling with life coaching. Denise primarily works with emotional eaters who do not seek another diet, but rather the ultimate goal: to finally become free of food and weight issues. Through unique workshops and one on one coaching, Denise delivers a powerful process by which clients make major breakthroughs and overcome compulsive overeating.

Denise received her Bachelor’s degree in nutrition from Washington State University in 1986. In her 20-year history as a nutritionist, she has worked in clinical nutrition, weight loss, public health nutrition, and sports nutrition.

In 2003 she attended Academy of Coach Training in Bellevue, WA for her certification in professional coaching.

Denise facilitates her clients in: uncovering the reasons they overeat and keep themselves heavy; discovering the underlying core limiting beliefs they have been operating under and did not realize; and then, creating a new foundation of empowering beliefs, perspectives, and ways of being. As inner transformations occur, change in eating and weight are a natural result.
