Mr. Lackey has over 25 years of sales and business development experience. Chip was the Senior Vice President of InsWeb, an online insurance marketplace and one of the first companies to provide financial services on the Internet. Prior to that he was Vice President and General Manager at ADP, where he helped to develop the Auto and Homeowner’s Claims software business for the company.

Mr. Lackey also previously worked at Sprint Communications and AT&T Bell Labs, where he marketed cutting edge technology solutions for insurance and finance companies. Mr. Lackey has provided and managed business services to many corporations and insurance carriers over the course of his accomplished career, including companies such as AIG Insurance, Utica National Insurance, SCOR Re, GMAC Insurance, Zurich North America and Liberty Mutual Insurance.

In his new role, Mr. Lackey will oversee SpectoWise’s professional and advisory services built around the company’s next generation business analytics reporting products. Mr. Lackey has substantial experience in and expert knowledge of advanced legal and claims management technologies and is particularly knowledgeable in how to leverage meaningful metrics data from legal e-invoicing and claims management systems.
